Issue with Assigning Test Project or Test Plan Roles to user

Hi

We are using Testlink 1.7.4 currently. We observed that when the no of user accounts created exceeds 100, we are unable to Assign Test Project Roles or Test Plan Roles to any users. The Assign Test Project Role page or Assign Test Plan roles page doesn't update at all when we click on the Update button.

Please advice as to what the issue could be?
