Hello everybody,
I'm trying to get french translation with testLink1.8 but I can't. The login.php page is translated, but the main page index.php is still in English. Firstly, I've tried to changed the parameter $tlCfg->default_language from en_GB into fr_FR; but it was unsuccessful. Every suggestion is welcomed.

I finally found the solution.
I post it in case someone got the same trouble. In fact, I wanted to change the user language and I went to Personal(in the top right corner of the main page) and I tried to change the Locale to "Français". When you hit "Save", it doesn't work, then the field "locale" of the testlink db is erased. Probably a bug of TestLink1.8.5 to be corrected 
. Anyway I fixed the problem simply by changing this value directly in the db (update users set locale='fr_FR' ).
