Problem when click icon BTS

Problem when click icon BTS

After configuration, I see an icon BTS on execute test case pages, then click on it. System show error message below
Fatal error: Call to a member function getEnterBugURL() on a non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\testlink\lib\execute\bugAdd.php on line 42

Please help me as soon as possible.
