How to add background image in the Login page

As title, how to add background image in the login page or even in every page. I want to make the page more pretty but I don't know how to add background picture. Please advice and thank you.

I did not get u, what do u mean by adding a picture ina background, as far as i know that is not picture its a CSS(Cascade style sheet) or theme what ever u call, adding image is different from the CSS. So if you want to develop please add the CSS or explain in abetter way that we will seee if we consider your request if its appropriate.
