Issue with Assign Test Plan roles

This is what I noticed in Version 1.8.4, and also in 1.9. Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong.

1. I am logged in as Admin, and have created three test plans.
2. Now I want to assign these Test plans user roles. By default for all the users I have admin had <Inherited Admin> rights, and what I did was to change the admin user rights for one test plan to no rights, and then updated it. After this when I try and update the admin rights again to admin or say <Inherited Admin>, it does not allow me to do the same. The rights for admin user for this test plan remains as <No rights>.

Is there anything, that I am missing!
