Recorder Children Test Suites (Dictionary)

if I select an test suite folder in Test specification Tab there are 2 Buttons which I do not understand. What exactly should be happen if I click to the following buttons:
* Recorder Children Test Suites (Dictionary)
* Recorder Test Cases (External ID ASC)

If I currently press these buttons nothing is happened

It is "Reorder" not Recorder. As it suggests you can re-order them.

Just be aware, you can not undo and back to previous order after re-ordering child-test-suites or test cases.
