1.9 rc1 and db change for final

I looked in the forum and maybe there was already an answer but I couldn't find it.
The question is simple: between 1.9 RC1 and the RC2/final release are planned db changes?
Eventually (differently from the betas) it will be provided an upgrade script for the db?
