Not able to import tesecase in testlink1.9(pro)

HI
I'm trying to import test case's in XLS format but i'm getting an error webpage has expired. Pls help me with regards to this.

XLS is not supported anymore
use XML
as indecated in foruM DO NOT USE FORUM FOR REPORTING ISSUES BUT MANTIS PLEASE!!!!
