Warning message when i log in

This is the message i get when i log in to testlink i added set $tlCfg->config_check_warning_mode = SILENT; this line to Custom_config.inc.php and also in config_check.txt. file but was not able to resolve.. pls help with regards to this.

Is it that i hv to change some thing in PHP file..
