Install on MySQL 5.1.0 - Test OK

Configuration:

WebServer: Windows XP, Apache 2.0.54, PHP 4.4.1
DBServer : Windows 2000 Server, MySQL 5.1.0

1. I\'ve tested the installer without problems.
2. I was able to login and create one product and one test plan
