Customize testlink for Hardware test usage

Hi,

Our team is considering to use Testlink for our HW test. Somehow , we found serval key requirements that HW test needs but the tool currently not supported, or we donot know if it is supported.
Can any of you know how i should fullfile those requirements?

Key features not supported
1. Build test items from test cases.
Each time when we have HW test, we may need to customize the test case it little to update some parameters to fit for one particular program. Anyone know how to itemlize it?
2. Share test cases among all the projects.
Which means anyone if login upon one program, he/she can see all the test cases pool, not limited o his/her project. How can testlink 1.9.2 do that?
