how to increase font-size in navigation tree?

hello, i'd like to know if it is possible to increase the font-size in navigation tree.
i upgraded TL from 1.7.4 through 1.8.4 to Prague and everything is fine except the font-size is, when compared to version 1.7.4, much smaller and difficult to recognise.
here i say the font-size i mean the size of every test case name in tree menu.
it may be a JS or something (EXT JS?) i dont konw, but really like to know if there is a way to resize the font.
