I have created a .rpm package of testlink 1.9.4 with does 15 hotfixes that exist today.
I have tested it on Fedora 17, it should work on all modern linux distributions that use RPM packages system and RedHats filesystem layout.
Here can it be downloaded, page is in Swedish but i think that the download link is ovious
