TL 1.9.3 Pictures not attached into Word report

Hello,

I have installed Testlink 1.9.3 and I'm evaluating the tool. I seems very good program for test and requirements management. However, I have found a trouble:

In a requirement specification, we usually use test and images into description but I found that I can only add pictures that are stored in a server, I can't paste from word for example.

Assuming previous (pictures can only be added it they are stored in a server) I have also found that those images included in the requirement specification are not attached in the report in it is word format, they only appear if the report is html like.

Can somebody give some indication ? I have tried several solutions in this forum but not working.
