Database scheme for 1.9.4 and FKs

Hi,

I was wondering if there are any doc about de DB scheme for this version, and if you're planning to define de FKs in the table creation script, for it's much more easy to work with them if you have to extract a diagram and make your own queries to get your own reports.

Last DB scheme I found was for 1.9.1 which is great but there are minor changes I suspect.

FK will be on TL 2.0
For Postgres I think we already have fk
