testlink import and export, result evaluation

Hi guys,

I am Can and a new user for testlink 1.7.2, I couldn't understand how the export and import work?, actually, why we use them?. Another question is after the execution I have some results of course but they doesn't mean anything still for me, how do I evaluate the score and result, e.g, passed, blocked or failed means what? According to which criteria, they change passed to blocked or passed.
