Testlink issue tracking managent not there

Hi,

I would like to connect a bug tracking like Jira to my testlink but the option '“Issue tracker Management” is not available in de configuration of a project. I'm logged in as Administrator. :shock:

Why can't find this option?

Excuse my poor englis; I'm dutch.

detailed steps to reproduce? (but really step by step)
