Custom Field values not sticky

Post by samsonvarg »

I entered a few values in some custom fields i created in requirements. But when i edit those requirements, the previously entered values in the custom fields disappear. Please suggest a solution for this.

Hi fman,

Details are these:
1)I created a custom field called 'category' as a multiselection list. I provided possible values as functional|non-functional|acceptance. I linked it with the requirements.
2)Now i created a requirement where i selected 'functional' in the 'category' field.
3)Next when i tried to edit the requirement, the category field did not show 'functional' value as selected.
Same is the issue with text area custom fields as well.
