Importance and Risk

I can't seem to find where you assign Importance and Risk in the latest 1.7. Has this not yet been implemented? I see Priority assignment, but not this.

Priority will be redesigned. There was not finished internal discussion about architecture for 1.7 release. So, you can expect the feature back and better in 1.8 release.
