Test result matrix not displaying results after upgrade

i have upgraded our testlink from 1.8 to 1.9.1 and for some reason test matrix is not displaying

i get the following message,

I have already set my php.ini execution time to 120 and it is not that i wait a long time it just never displays anything below the

This report shows the last test case execution result for each build. In addition the last column shows the last test case execution result for the last created build.

Can someone confirm that they can in fact see this fine after upgrade? or that they too cannot?
