Download xml does not give an download box

Hi, i have a testlink 1.9.2 release on a debian lenny system installed.
everything seems to work and i am able to create projects, use cases and so on.
i wanted to export one use case to import it in excel and then i wend into something strange.

firefox is used

testcase is made
export to xml is requested and then the download interface is not shown

When i try this on the demo version on the internet of testlink 1.9.2 it does work, zo it should be something in my config but .. where ?
