Custom field assignment and view in test execution and resul

Hi,

I created a custom field for browser version which I currently have it available for the Test Suite and has been assigned to the test suite.

Is there a reason why after I assign the browser version to the Test Suite through the use custom fields it does not display the selected browser version on the Execute page and on the test results?

am I missing something or doing something wrong?

I have also tried making the browser version custom field available and assigned to each individual test case but it still doesn't not show anywhere on the execution page or the test results page.

I'm not sure if this is the intended design.
I'm currently using Testlink 1.7 RC2

1. because we have not goog documents, what you need to do is play a while with different options.

2. custom field values for Test suites ARE NOT SAVED when executing TC.
3. only custom fields values for TC are saved during execution.
4. explain better the configuration of the custom fields you have created.
