util TestCaseXLSTOXML does not work

When I open the xls file and click "Check columns" or "Generate XML" I get the message:

Compile error; Can't find project or library

Using Microsoft Excel 2007...

Anyone??

Update:
Just changed something in the references and got a big further, now get a runtime error 76: Cant find path

Open XMLFileName For Output As #1

Yes in fact, just a few days ago someone posted essentially the same question. Look a few posts earlier. Maybe you will get a better response if you reply to that post.

yes, changed the reference by unchecking the missing #14 and checking Microsoft Word 12.0 object library...b ut that gives the error I wrote in the main topic....
