How to add test steps whing creating testcase itself

Hello,

I am using Testlink 1.9.3. While creating test case, we can't add the steps. Steps needs to be added after test case creation.

Is there any way to enable this functionality ie. add the test steps when we create test case itself ?

Any pointer on this will appreciable.
