LDAP configuation issue on Linux

I am working Testlink LDAP configuration on Linux and facing issues ie Login boxes removed from login screen after LDAP configuration.

I suspect this issue is because of LDAP PHP module is not enabled on Linux but I don't know how to do it.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

as you already know this is not the right place to ask for this kind of help, because is a PHP config issue.
Probably you will need to recompile PHP to add ldap support.
do you have checked using a simple php script with phpinfo() to understand what modules are enabled ?
