Is it possible to generate report along with attachments?

When we are trying to Generate the Test report Metrics for the Failed test cases being tied up to a test plan, they don’t actually see their attachments/screenshots are available in the Report section for the status “Failed”.

Is there a ways to customize the report to see the attachments for the failed test cases on the Test report section?

Is it possible to get a hyperlink to the attachments in the test report? Our QA engineer wants this so she can look at the attachments without executing a test.
