No Charts in Reports

Using TL 1.9.6 on Apache 2.2.3, and MySql 5.2., when I go to view and print graphical reports, don't appears the images with graphical reports.

Path: Index/Test Reports/Charts

Below title report, displays image link to: http://mysite.com/lib/results/topLevelSuitesBarChart.php?tplan_id=1178&tproject_id=207

Any help is welcome!

2. Detailed scenario is missing.
Charts use: Test Project and Test Plan
is possible to have an idea of how is made the test plan ?
2.1 there are 1000000 test case linked or just 2 ?
2.2 among linked test cases, there are executed test cases ?
2.3 how many builds are defined
2.4 have you checked testlink event log ?

all these info can be important.

3. Be kindly enough to inform the people that will be trying to help that
3.1 you have do searches on mantis and have found nothing
3.2 yiu have do searches in forum and have found nothing.

4. upgrade your installation
because 1.9.7 has been released on may 2013, no more work is done on 1.9.6.
Work is done only on issue that are present on 1.9.7.

5. do some tests in our demo site.
this way we can use common environment with less effort

2.1 There are 22 test cases.
2.2 There are 20 executed test cases.
2.3 There are 3 builds defined, only 1 active.
2.4 In log event don't appears registries about graphics.

3.1 I don't have user in mantis, I will create one shortly.
3.2 I don't found in this forum information about a error similar to me.

5.0 When I enter into http://demo.testlink.org/ only displays the text "Welcome to demo.testlink.org", that is correct?
