Problems creating a test project

I am using Testlink 1.9.8 with ssl enabled in my apache server.
When I am going to create a new test project, I am getting this error:
Parse error: parse error in C:\xampp\htdocs\testlink\lib\functions\tlIssueTracker.class.php on line 559

If I use the exact files of Testlink, but with ssl disabled, It works.

What can I do?
