LDAP and DB users at the same time?

Does anyone know if you can use LDAP users and DB users at the same time? I can't seem to enable both local users and LDAP users.

implementation is present on 1.9.9, (was firts release) may be can have some issues.
But if you do not provided detailed steps to reproduce haow do you expected someone can help?
I can not understand why people is not able to foillow the old guidelines that you will find tons of times on internet, regarding how to made a post
that has all needed info that will be useful to try to fix a problem.
the less data your provide the higher the chances your post or your issue requeste will be ignored or require lot of effort in order to be solved.

If I wanted a detailed response, I would have provided more detail.
