Updating Test execution result in bulk

I have seen few forums that describes about updating Test cases in bulk with PASS or FAIL. I do not see that feature in 1.9.9.

Is it deprecated?

have you configured your installation to do this ?
give a look to config.inc.php

1.9.9 has reached EOL => no more fixes => update to 1.9.12
