fatal error on planView.php

We did a step by step update from 1.9.8 to 1.9.12.
Everything works, but on the planView.php i get the following fatal error.
Fatal error: Call to a member function hasRight() on a non-object in /app/appdata290/apache/testlink-1.9.12/lib/plan/planView.php on line 68

is there somthing wrong with the rights of the testplans?

Please check for issues on the right place => mantis.
This issue has reported multiple times, always for same reason , people do not search before reporting.
get latest code from gitorious (branch 1.9), do a fresh install and retest
