README question: Missing z_final_step.sql for upgrade 1.9.9

Hi,

in the README file the SQL upgrade process states that the z_final_step.sql needs to be executed. Unfortunately, there is no
such file in the alter_tables/1.9.10/mysql folder.

What now ?

Ok, after seeing the content of the z_final_step.sql i can say...its not a problem.
The file contains the update of the db version number.
