[SOLVED] Drag and Drop fpr testsuites in testcase tree

Hello all,

I updated testlink from 1.9.7 to 1.9.10. In 1.9.7 I was able to use Drag & Drop in the testcase tree to reorder testsuites. I can't do this in 1.9.10.

Is this not loger a feature or is it possible do configure drag&drop?

2. nothing changed. Anyway better detailed information that allow to produce similar scenario to test is a must

In the testspecification I try to relocate a testsuite to another position using drag&drop in the tree on the left side.

I tested this in Version 1.9.7 and 1.9.9 and it is no problem to do this.
Using 1.9.10 the mouse icon for "not available" is shown when I try to relocate a testsuite. I tried it with Firefox ESR 24.5.0 and IE9.

Testcases can be relocated in the tree using drag&drop.

I find it was more userfriedly the handling of move oepration with drag and drop.

Hi.

Testlink 1.9.12 is installed on my server.
In this version, I cannot perform drag and drop of tests nor test suites folders in tree folder displayed in left panel side.
I do not have currently access to previous versions, but I used to have 1.9.7 on my previous job and I remember I was able to do so which was really convinient for reorganisation.

unfortunately your last note add no useful info, steps to reproduce are missing.
In addition your not using latest available code.
When you try to do this operation you will get an icon that indicates that this is possible when you position the suite on new position that has to be another test suite or the test project
tested on chrome and firefox OK.
This use javascript then issue can be related to some js block

Ahh, I see now. You have to be very precise when dragging the folder, almost to the bottom of the folder that you are moving it to. I had several testers of mine ask this question. I will let them know how to do it now.
