I cannot create or open a bug, recive a error message.

Integration Testlink 1.9.14 - Redmine 3.3.1
I configured the plugin on Redmine 3.3.1 and check the connection. (http://www.redmine.org/plugins/rp-testlinklink)
After that, I configured the link on Testlink at "Issue Tracker Management". I check it pressing on "Check Connection" and a bulb with label "Conection is OK" appears.
The configuration is:

I linked the "Issue Tracker" with 1 or 2 projects.
When I try to create a bug on a Test Run Failed, It showed me the following error message:

On the other hand, When i try to link test run with a testun, It showed me "EL Bug ID no existe en el BTS!".

I searched on Google and some place more but never found a answer. Could you please help me?
