Assign Test Project role=admin for a user

In TestLink 1.9.14 it was possible to assign the role admin for a test project. (The user being admin for only his project)
In TestLink 1.9.15 I cannot do it. The role admin being not visible anymore.

Nevertheless when creating a new user, the role admin can be selected (as usual)

Is this behavior expected in the release 1.9.15? How to enable it?

not possible anymore, this situation creates several issues. => forbidden by design.
