images not rendering after reopening browser

Post by dtessier »

I am having issues with images. I may be linking them wrong though, I need guidance.

I've attached a few images to a test plan.

They show up immediately after I save the update - I can even run reports and see them. (screenshot 1 http://imgur.com/a/BHFKN)

However if I close my browser, and log back in, they don't render correctly (screenshot 2 http://imgur.com/a/BHFKN)

Am I putting in the URL wrong in my attachment? Or is there some configuration I haven't done?

Thanks for your help. This is a great product!

What is the 2nd image? The screenshot 2 has the SAME URL as screenshot 1 ??

There are two images in that one URL. The first one is above the second.

Ok, but if one URL contains both images, then 'screenshot 2' is the same image and nothing different, that's the confusion.

Anyway, what TestLink version do you have?

Ok, so based on your image, it looks like images are being added through the FCKeditor?

If so, see the installation manual, the bottom of page 33. There are some config matters there that you might need.

Also, see sections 5.1, 5.1.1 (page 23), if you need any specific config changes. There is a custom_config file that is typically altered and NOT the config file directly.
