Show Last Execution Note in `Test Result Matrix`

We should be able to display Last Execution note in `Test Result Matrix` report.
In latest release 1.9.17 I am able to see the changes in resultTC.php but when I test the feature, it doesn't work.

I executed a test case against build1, build2 and build3 (my latest build) and added a note in "Notes/Description" field for build3.
When running the "Test Result Matrix", I see the new added column "Notes / Description" but there is no value for my test case.

Could you let me know if this feature is working? What else do I need to check? Thanks

Please if this seems an issue then open an issue on mantis with a detailed step by step to reproduce.
The information provided in this post is not enough.
