Suggestion on how to keep track of obsolete and modified req

Hi ,
I have a requirement where i need to close obsolete requirements and modify requirements with a need to keep track of the old Requirement pertaining to modified requirement .
The same needs to be done for the linked test cases too .
Please suggest.

In addition to above , please let me know how to see the full details of older version or revision .The view history tab in requirements compares the older and newer version/revision but doesn't give the complete details .
