Connection Timeout

Dear All,

We are using Testlink 1.9.19.
It was installed using the Bitnami Stack on an Azure Server.

Since about 3 month have connection timeouts when connecting with the testink web app.
Pinging the server is still possible without issues (ping approx 69 ms in average).

Current situation:

13 Projects, 4 of the are currently active

54 User accounts

The connection timeout is not associated to the number of logged-in users. It happens also when there is no user logged in.

Any help is highly appreciated!
