URGENT:HOW TO CONNECT AND USE BOTH JIRA 3.7.2 TESTL&#304

Hi,
We use the version 1.7.2 for testlink and jira is version 3.7.2, I want to connect or use testlink over jira, I read the forum topics, this is possible but I don't know exactly how to do it.
Does anyone here who helps me?
