Not able to get past GNU license accept screen on install

I got ISS, PHP, and MYSql up and configured and got to the New Installation screen through the web, I entered the information, then onthe license screen I check accept and click proceed and then I remain on that screen. Can't get past the license screen... Any thoughts or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to enable logging through PHP to show results. I am getting the following error after I accept the license:

Your PHP installation don't have the mysql extension mysql- without it is IMPOSSIBLE to use Testlink.Failed!

I have followed PHP direction to enable the mysql extenstion but continue to get this error. Any ideas?

a couple of silly question:

1. have you tried to use php_info() to display is PHP really has loaded mysql extension ?

2. after changing your php ini, do you have restarted your web server ?
