Where is revision 1.10 of the manual that goes with 1.8RC3

I've read around in the forums and in the 1.8RC3 install that "The manual has been update to 1.10", which would include the documentation for the new feature of 1.8.3 (Logging of Est completion times)... I've seen people ask questions about the new feature, and another state "Look in the manual!", but I can't find this revision 1.10 posted or available.

I apologize. I miss to update version on title page (the history table is updated to 1.10). You could download the manual from this site http://www.teamst.org/_tldoc/1.8/user_manual.pdf.
