PROBLEM With TEST CASE IDs

Dear All,

We had a Initial Setup of TestLink 1.7.4 working fine. Now that we have Migrated to the TestLink 1.8.4.

Here in this Version we a compulsion of prefixing each project with some TAG. So for an existing Project [with some 100+ initial Test Cases from older version] I have added a tag "TRACKER". Here I was expecting a Test Case ID being appended to each one these existing Test Cases, But, Contrary to this I have most of these Test Cases with ID as 'TRACKER - 0'

Please let me know the solution to this problem.
