English language localization: correcting the master resource file.

Hello -

I am a native English language speaker (GB/UK variant). I notice from searching the forum that the EN_GB resource file is the definitive one (or the 'master'). TestLink contains many strange grammatical constructions: "This feature allows the user to set the responsible of executing each test case." for example.

I'd like to help to knock some of those into shape. After all, a tool for use by quality assurance folks has to be of good quality itself! What's the procedure for commiting changes?
