Changing the font and alignment of test plan Title

I'm trying to change the font size of the title of a test plan. Right now, the size is regular like the size of body text and it is aligned to left. I want it bigger and in centre.

Any hint would be much appreciated.

Well, actually I think the attribute of the title need to be change.

I have to mention the problem shows up when I generate the test plan in MS Word or Openoffice format. The HTML format is OK.
