How to set default values for new TC

Hi,

i would like to place some text into tc summary and tc steps in case of a new tc. where can i do that?

Configuration of course:
check

$g_testcase_template->summary->value = '';

and similar parameters.

it is poosible to define these parameters for each project.

if (project_id=56 ){
$g_testcase_template->summary->value = '';
}

Right now Configuration is System Wide
