No keywords during execution?

Hey all, when I searched for this problem I only saw a post under version 1.7 so I thought I'd repost here since I'm using 1.8.2

I can see a test case's keywords in the 'edit test case' section, but while executing I can't see them.

Filtering by the keywords is helpful but it would be even better to see the keywords assigned to the test case during test execution.

Any ideas how to get that option available?!
