Execution Estimation time defined on Test Suite level

Post by massimel »

Does anybody know why CF execution estimation defined on test suite level doesn't work? It works perfectly when I define it for test cases. Have I missed sth?

Dear Amaradana,

I've upgraded my TL to version 1.8.3 newly. My question is abut the custom field for Execution Estimation time for a whole test suite. It is possible to define this CF just for the test suite itself, not for each and every test cases located in this test suite. For example, I have a test suite containing 10 test cases. It normaly takes 8 hours to run all of these TCs. So I want to define this time estimation for the test suite. It is possible but when I want to generate a report, I get the real-time-spent (registered during the test execution) but my time estimation does not show up in the report. Thanks for the help :)

Hi,
I tried seems like this is an issue, can you please try this is 1.8.4 as the custom field desin is changed, if you have same problem in 1.8.4, then you can log the issue in the tracker, i tried this scenario in 1.8.2
Thanks,
