Import/Export Test plan

I´ve seen in the main page this information:

0002893: [Test Plan (builds, milestones, test assign)] Platforms feature - Export/import on XML (fman) - resolved.

I´ve upgrade my testlink version to the new release 1.9 and I´m not able to import test plans on xml.

Does this new version support the funcionality of importing and exporting test plans on xml?

Probably I didn´t understand it well, so I´ll be very gratefull if somebody answer me.

It looks that import/export is not compliant with changes regarding to implementation of platforms.

If your read issue description you il undertand that it talk about PLATFORMS EXPORT/IMPORT, and not what you want
