TestLink 1.8.5 not display the "Create New Bug" which lets you create a new ticket from TestLink and this is displayed in Mantis 1.1.8.

I've come across the same problem. After setting a test plan to "Failed", there is no input field and link under the "Notes / Description" field. I am able to link an existing bug from Mantis (1.1.
, tho, and it retrieves the bug info just fine, which I hope means that Mantis integration was setup properly.
